insight Recruiting is an affordable, quality-first recruiting service. We are former players and coaches who’ve come together to aid student-athletes in their pursuit of a college athletic scholarship. Many recruiting services are priced out of the range of average family incomes. We are not! insight prides itself in knowing that we have guided the student-athlete and his/her family to obtain an athletic scholarship.

Today’s age of recruiting is far more advanced than ten years ago. Coaches are using the internet and recruiting magazines more than ever before. insight is a unique recruiting service that publishes its own recruiting and rating magazine. We do not hope that the student-athlete will be seen, we guarantee that the student-athlete will be seen. insight is having great success in obtaining scholarships for our members. We cannot guarantee a scholarship, but we can guarantee that the student-athlete will be exposed to coaches and recruiters. The student-athlete must apply him/herself in the classroom as well as the field or court. insight will handle the recruiting process.

When you choose insight, keep one thing in mind—any person that has success, first has guidance. So be sure that you choose insight as your guide for recruitment success.

“The coach is responsible” is the biggest myth in recruiting. Coaches are paid to coach. Parents and players, for some odd reason, think that their coach is responsible for their recruitment. Not saying that your coach won’t do anything, but your coach is not a video producer. Your coach cannot take eight hours of his time to produce a video for one of his seniors when he has 20. Then again, he may do it for the athletes he feels has the greatest assets. But, he still can’t send one tape of a player to 30 universities.

If your coach has 20 seniors and produces and sends tape to 30 colleges for each one that would be 600 tapes. That would be an average of one and a half hours to duplicate each tape, which would be 900 hours for duplication. To produce a highlight tape for 20 seniors at eight hours per tape would be 160 hours for a total of 1,060 hours which is 26.5 weeks working 40 hours per week, better said an entire half of a year just to produce tapes!

It is the high school coach’s responsibility to coach, meet the expectations of the school, help his student-athletes’ continuous development, encourage success in the classroom, have game tape available for reproduction, give honest evaluation to college coaches on prospective athletes, inform the student-athlete of inquiries from college recruiting coaches, and provide resource information.

Therefore, insight is available to assist and guide student-athletes and their parents prepare and complete successful recruitment. Let the coach’s coach and insight handle recruitment.

insight Recruiting, through coaching and prospect experience, identifies prospective student-athletes through thorough evaluation for every collegiate level of athletics: This collective experience provides our student-athletes with the confidence to know our potential to garner an athletic scholarship for insight family members.

The obvious prospect without a doubt is the running back who led the city in rushing, the point guard who averaged 20 points and 10 assists per game, and the fullback who scored four goals per match. What about the kid who does not get in the spotlight every week? What about the “star athlete” who’s grades are below average? Who will give these student-athletes the opportunity to garner an athletic scholarship?

In addition to our athletic evaluations, .insight offers an evaluation of its’ members’ preparedness for College Admissions Testing and the opportunity to practice skill sets.

We believe that, just as student-athletes practice and scrimmage to simulate game day conditions, to improve their performances as players. Familiarity and practice of Standardized Testing will improve test scores and greatly increase a student-athletes ability to meet the academic requirements of the NCAA Clearinghouse. At insight Recruiting our goal is to provide the greatest opportunities for our student-athletes to pursue their academic and athletic dreams.

Each student wants to be seen by college coaches and scouts. Most students go to summer camps at preferred colleges which can cost from $300 to $500 each. (basketball, soccer, wrestling, football, track acceleration, golf, volleyball, tennis and baseball camps). At all of these camps, the student-athlete and his/her parent(s) are hoping to be noticed. Approximately, 50,000 kids attend these camps nationwide each year; let’s say 20,000 seniors and the rest underclassmen. Face it, college coaches will be focused on the seniors. Not saying you will not ever be noticed, but your chances are slim as an underclassman.

At insight, you will be seen. We list all our prospects from 7th to 12th grade highlighting every sport in insight Magazine. Introducing and allowing college coaches to follow each of our members’ growth through senior year. We issue 32,000 magazines a year. Each quarter, 500 magazines are sent directly to college coaches. insight will provide you the exposure to be noticed. Our magazine goes directly to coaches, businesses, subscribers, and newsstands. We will make sure recruiting coaches have the insight on you!

The personal highlight video is the most important tool in the recruiting process. Any video is not sufficient. The video should not only consist of great plays put together, but must also show the athlete’s best assets for his/her particular position in the sport of choice. It must be of high quality so that it can be easily viewed by a college coach.

This is one of insight’s specialties! We are not just recruiting specialist; we are past and present athletes and coaches with the insight, to analyze all prospect video and develop a highlight tape comprised of what college recruiting coaches are looking for. Our videos show both highlights and games. Video production is critical in the recruiting process. Our videos are done on High Tech editing equipment and are available on a high-speed server so that college coaches can view them right on their computer screens. Colleges can also have access to videos on VHS and DVD. This is why you should choose insight’s video productions as your team.

insight Recruiting utilizes the latest technology for our members’ exposure. At insight, we develop a web page profile on each member. This web page is used to keep colleges updated on student-athletes accomplishments. We will place academic and athletic information in your profile. This is a great tool in the recruiting process for colleges. We can place clippings, awards, and honors on your profile. This profile will be sent quarterly to 500 colleges. Your profile can be updated quarterly. This profile is available to you at any time to give to colleges. The web page profile is just another advantage for insight members.

Academic assistance is one of the most important components of insight Recruiting. We provide an academic checklist for every insight member. At insight, there is no guessing. It’s our job to guide the student-athlete to know exactly where they stand academically, and what the academic requirements are for all collegiate levels. At insight, we pride ourselves on providing our prospects with the latest technology and academic resources to help them acquire an athletic scholarship. This is why insight places more athletes than any other recruiting service... we “dot the i’s and cross the t’s”.

ACT, SAT Preparedness

insight offers an evaluation of its’ members’ preparedness for College Admissions Testing and the opportunity to practice skill sets. Through interactive programs we expose our members to vocabulary, instructions, directions and procedures utilized in standardized testing. Both the ACT and SAT test are available for preview, and diagnostic testing can be administered. This allows our staff to assess each member’s academic strengths and weaknesses. We will interpret the results and recommend a course of action tailored to each member's needs to increase test performance. In most cases we are able to remove the anxiety that often hampers best efforts and better scores.

At insight, we field questions on who actually will offer scholarships or grants. Our research team has spent hundreds of hours researching practically every school in the United States.
